De autoria do deputado Rog\u00e9rio Nogueira (PSDB) e coautoria do deputado estadual Rafa Zimbaldi, a norma pretende dar mais seguran\u00e7a a pacientes femininas nos estabelecimentos de Sa\u00fade de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Lei abrangente estabelecimentos p\u00fablicos e privados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O direito assegurado pela lei vale tanto para estabelecimentos m\u00e9dicos p\u00fablicos quanto privados.
